For the past 10 years Seth has assisted executives, management teams and entrepreneurs with achieving rapid and lasting positive change within their organizations.

Seth partners with companies to establish short and long-range plans, and helps leaders to define and implement executive training initiatives that result in improved employee productivity and development.

Seth graduated from Chicago Kent College of Law with High Honors. He also obtained a sociology degree from Purdue University and a coaching certificate from the Coaches Training Institute.
